Shipping & Delivery Policy

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make changes to orders before they have been processed for shipping.

Shipping Locations

- Domestic (All 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the following Armed Forces areas: Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP))

- International: We don't ship internationally at this time, but will be doing so in the near future!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 days of receipt/payment confirmation. Orders placed after 7 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next day.

Shipping Methods,  Rates, & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost and taxes for your order at checkout.

 

We offer the following shipping options with estimated delivery times as follows:

Domestic
- Ground Advantage: [2 - 5 business days] from the shipping date

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors. Delays due to weather conditions or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website or utilizing the Order Tracking Button in our Menu.

Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
