ForShan provides varying products for mental health and wellness, including but not limited to items for Active Therapy such as Yoga Mats, Smart Watches, and varying sizes of Water Bottles, Fidget Spinners and other accessories, Blankets and Pillows, Aromatherapy, Bath Bombs, Coloring Books & accessories, Crystals, Plush Cuddle Buddies, Diffusers & Wax Melters, Essential Oils, Indoor/Outdoor Feng Shui, Journals, Natural Soap, varying Self Care items, and ForShan branded apparel. Our Products are intended to support your mental well-being, but are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• Empowerment Circle - offers a space for individuals to inspire and be inspired, to learn and grow together, and to create a supportive network for personal development and empowerment.

• Teen Connection Zone - For Group Member 13 - 17 years of age

• Rainbow Connection Community - a safe haven for LGBTQ+ individuals where diversity is celebrated, and connections are made

• Sisterhood Strength -  a safe space for women to share their stories, offer guidance, and build a strong community of support

• Veteran Vibes - A supportive community for military veterans and retirees to connect, share experiences, and provide mutual support on their post-military journey.

• Parenting Heros - A supportive community for all types of parents - biological, foster, god-parents, and caregivers of younger family members

• Military Support Squad - find camaraderie, understanding, and encouragement on your military path.

We’ll continue to expand on our Groups to find the specific niches that our Group Members may feel most comfortable in being a part of. At no time do we tolerate any type of harassment, everyone must remain respectful to each Group Member’s privacy, respect one another overall, and no spam or solicitation of any kind

To access our Loyalty Program, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use our Products and Online Community in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Use our Products and Online Community for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Products and Online Community or interfere with any other party’s use of our Products or Online Community.

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

All content and materials provided through our Products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of ForShan or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through our Products or on our site without our prior written permission.

You may have the opportunity to submit or share content through our Online Community. By submitting or sharing content, you grant ForShan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our Online Community. You are solely responsible for the content you submit or share and must ensure that it complies with these Terms of Service.

Our Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ForShan makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our Products. We do not warrant that our Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForShan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our Products shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Federal and State laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our Products and Online Community shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction the consumer resides in or Federal court, as needed.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForShan, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Products or your violation of these Terms of Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Products and Online Community at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Products and Online Community.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of our Products and Online Community after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
